We will take the time to explain the process and ensure that our clients truly understand the loan product, the procedure, and any fees associated with the closing

We will not take any fees prior to loan approval other than for a credit report ($13.35 per person or $18.35 per couple)

We will be available through-out the process to answer your questions and provide guidance

If we are not able to offer a mortgage to you currently, we will take the time to explain why and if anything can be worked on to help you qualify
