Condo-Hotel Financing
ACM Home Loans is a leading Florida correspondent lender of Condo hotel (condotel) financing. Condotels, also known as hotel-condominiums, feature privately owned condominium units for short-term rentals. Some Florida condotels are converted hotels, others are part of a network of standard condominiums that are offered for short-term rentals, and some new condotels are high-rise condo developments built exclusively for short-term rentals.
We have mortgages available on select Florida Condotel projects of up to 90% loan to value for US residents and up to 80% loan to value for non US residents (foreign nationals).
